RESOLUTION 20021-081
REPLACING RESOLUTION 2001-5043 APPROVING LOT DIVISION/
CONSOLIDATION FOR MARCIA ROBBINS TO RECONFIGURE LOTS 6 AND 7
BLOCK 1, INGLEBRAE ADDITION (2001065)
WHEREAS, Marcia Robbins has requested approval of a lot division/consolidation to
reconfigure Lots 6 and 7, Block 1, Inglebrae Addition, as legally described on Attachment
One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof: and
WHEREAS, the lot division/consolidation would reconfigure the lots, as legally described
on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof: and
WHEREAS, the Citv Council has fully considered the request for the Lot Division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
replacement resolution for Marcia Robbins for a lot division/consolidation for Lots 6 and
7, Block 1, Inglebrae Addition, subject to the following conditions:
1. This Resolution approves a lot division/consolidation for Lots 6 and 7 Block 1,
Inglebrae Addition, in accordance with the Plans received by the Cite on June 18,
2001 and Jule 20, 2001, and corrected sun-ev and legal description received Januan-
31Tdovember 8, 20021.
2-2. Park dedication fees shall be cash fees in lieu of land dedication in accordance with - - j Formatted: Bullets and Numbering )
the dedication police in effect at the time of building permit issuance.
3. No building permits shall be issued until the Lot Division is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
