APPROVING A PUD AMENDMENT TO ALLOW A FRONT YARD SETBACK OF 24 -FEET
FOR BUILDING THREE FOR "STONELEIGH AT THE RESERVE APARTMENTS" IN THE
RESERVE PUD, LOCATED WEST OF I-494 AND NORTH OF THE CANADIAN PACIFIC
RAILROAD (2002001)
WHEREAS, North American Properties has requested a PUD (Planned Unit Development)
amendment for property legally described as:
Lot 8, Block 9, The Reserve
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing
and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of North
American Properties, subject to the following findings and conditions:
1. A PUD amendment is granted to allow 24 -foot front yard setback for building three in The
Reserve apartments, in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on
January 10, 2002.
2. The apartments shall be constricted in accordance with all approved standards and conditions
of the PUD general plan, except as amended by this resolution.
