RESOLUTION NO. 2002-076
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
OLD ROCKFORD ROAD/STATE HIGHWAY 55 IMPROVEMENTS
SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 1033
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2001-505 of the City Council adopted the 27"' day of
November, 2001, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to the improvements to
Old Rockford Road/State Highway 55 Area; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of sanitary sewer, and
watermain, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 8th day of January,
2002, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard
thereon; and
WHEREAS, the public hearing was closed without any action taken.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted November 27, 2001.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc. is designated as engineer for
the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
3. Financing for the project will be from:
Special Assessments - $376,432.53
Utility Trunk Fund - $144,439.47
Adopted by the City Council on February 12, 2002.
