RESOLUTION 2002-074
APPROVAL OF AWARD OF BIDS FOR
LAWN MAINTENANCE 2002-2003
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the 2002-2003
Landscape Maintenance Program; and
WHEREAS, as in accordance with the State Statutes, bid specifications were prepared
and distributed and bid proposals were received and opened on February 1, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, the bid from Outdoor Excapes is in conformance with the City's
specifications.
BOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Outdoor Excapes is declared the lowest
responsible bidder and accepts their bid in the amount of $66,486.53 for the 2002-2003
Lawn Maintenance Program.
