RESOLUTION NO. 2002-073
APPROVING THE LISTING PRICE FOR THE CITY -OWNED
PROPERTIES AT 3030 COUNTY ROAD 101 & 17915 COUNTY ROAD 24
CITY PROJECT NO. 9005
WHEREAS, on January 22, 2002, the City Council authorized the listing and selling of the
properties at 3030 County Road 101 and 17915 County Road 24; and
WHEREAS, Bedrock Real Estate Inc. was selected to list and sell these properties; and
WHEREAS, Bedrock Real Estate has performed a Comparative Market Analysis comparing
homes that have sold in the same area as the City's subject properties; and
WHEREAS, the committee met with Therese Griffith, owner of Bedrock Real Estate, and
reviewed the process and information she used to formulate the listing prices on each property;
and
WHEREAS, it was determined to list the two properties at the price Bedrock Real Estate
considered to be the most reasonable; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Bedrock Real Estate list the properties at 3030 County
Road 101 for $239,900 and 17915 County Road 24 for $229,900.
Adopted by the City Council on February 12, 2002.
