RESOLUTION NO. 2002-070
AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF
ONE NEW CURRENT MODEL TORO 580D 16' MOWER
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in the 2002 budget the purchase of one new current
model Toro 580D 16' mower; and
WHEREAS, the City may purchase off State Contracts; and
WHEREAS, MTI (Minnesota Toro Co.) has a contract with the State.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, to authorize the purchase of one new current Model Toro
580d 16' mower off the State contract through MTI (Minnesota Toro Co.). Contract 4427944.
the purchase price for the 580D is $73,868.40 including State sales tax.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the fiinding will be 602-1760-8004
Adopted by the City Council on February 12, 2002.
