RESOLUTION NO. 2002-067
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2
EXTENDING THE LEASE FOR A PARK & RIDE LOT
AT FOUR SEASONS MALL FOR AN ADDITIONAL FIVE YEARS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth provides transit services pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Section 473.388; and
WHEREAS, these transit services require the use of Park and Ride lots in strategic locations
within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City has a current lease for a Park and Ride lot at Four Seasons Mall in
Plymouth that will expire on March 4, 2002; and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 2 to the current lease for the Park & Ride lot at Four Seasons
Mall, extending the current lease for an additional five years, has been negotiated with Four
Seasons II, LLC, the management company for the Mall; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the City to
adopt said Amendment No. 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the City hereby adopts this resolution approving Amendment No. 2
to the lease between the City and Four Seasons II, LLC, extending the
current Park and Ride lot lease for an additional five years through March
4, 2007.
2. That the City Council authorizes the Mayor and City manager to execute
said Amendment No. 2.
