RESOLUTION NO. 2002-063
ORDER PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT FOR
HEMLOCK LANE STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 2005
WHEREAS, Hemlock Lane will become a local residential street when the new County
Road 61 alignment north of Bass Lake Road is opened for traffic; and
WHEREAS, the layout for the County Road 61 Project, City Project No. 9005, made
recommendations for the Hemlock Lane Street Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to undertake a Preliminary Engineering Report to determine
the work required on Hemlock Lane to be considered for the Hemlock Lane Street
Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, Hemlock Lane from Bass Lake Road to Red Fox Drive (Maple Grove) is
the recommended project area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City Engineer is instructed to
prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report with all convenient speed advising the Council,
in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended.
