RESOLUTION NO. 2002-046
APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE AND WINE LICENSES
FOR D & D of MINNESOTA, INC.,
D/B/A FAMOUS DAVE'S BBQ SHACK,
11308 HIGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for on -sale 3.2 malt liquor and wine licenses from
D & D of Minnesota, Inc., d/b/a Famous Dave's BBQ Shack, 11308 Highway 55, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has provided all required insurance certificates and license fees will be
provided prior to issuance of the license, and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the
license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an on -
sale 3.2 malt liquor license and wine license is hereby approved for D & D of Minnesota, Inc.,
d/b/a Famous Dave's BBQ Shack, 11308 State Highway 55. The licenses are issued for the
period through January 31, 2003.
Approved by the City Council on January 22, 2002.
