RESOLUTION NO. 2002-044
APPROVING 2002 PARK RENTAL FEES AND POLICIES
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has submitted proposed updates to the 2002
park rental fees and policies; and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed said fees and policies
and recommended approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs with said recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the 2002
park rental fees and policies are adopted as proposed.
Adopted by the City Council on January 22, 2002.
