RESOLUTION NO. 2002-043
DESIGNATING KLM ENGINEERING, INC. AS CONSULTANT FOR
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES AND
AUTHORIZE THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
CENTRAL PLANT WATER TOWER
RECONDITIONING AND PAINTING
WHEREAS, the City wishes to recondition and paint the Central Plant Water Tower and to
proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for this purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal from KLM Engineering, Inc. dated January
15, 2002, to provide design and constriction engineering services for the Central Plant
Water Tower improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That KLM Engineering, Inc. is designated as the
engineer to prepare plans and specifications and provide constriction engineering services
for the Central Plant Water Tower Reconditioning and Painting Improvements in accordance
with their January 15, 2002 proposal.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: That fiinding in the amount of $35,360 is provided from
the Water Utility Fund (501).
Adopted by the City Council on January 22, 2002.
