RESOLUTION NO. 2002-041
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
THE UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING WITHIN
MISSION VIEW ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Jared Andrews
with Loucks Associates, Inc. has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following
utility and drainage easement for ponding:
All of the utility and drainage easement for ponding as dedicated in Lots 5 and 6,
Block 2, Mission View, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
February 26, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on January 22, 2002.
