RESOLUTION 2002-030
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR LOT 11, BLOCK I AND LOT 12,
BLOCK 1, FERNBROOK TOWN OFFICE PARK, LOCATED AT 3215 AND 3219
FERNBROOK LANE (200115 1)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by DaVern II which requests approval of a lot
consolidation for two lots located at 3215 and 3219 Fernbrook Lane, as legally described
on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot consolidation is sought is as
legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
lot consolidation for DaVern II, subject to the following conditions:
1. This approval is for a lot consolidation of two lots located at 3215 and 3219
Fernbrook Lane in accordance with the plans received by the City on December 13,
2001 and revisions received on January 2, 2002.
2. Sub -leasing or otherwise providing an additional tenant within the buildings shall
require an accessible entrance to all tenants within the building as required by the
Minnesota State Accessibility Code, Section 1341.0405, Item H, Subitem (1), Unit (b)
or equal code section in force at the time of tenant occupancy.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 22nd day of January, 2002.
