HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2002-024CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2002-024 REPEALING RESOLUTION 2001-043 SETTING PARK DEDICATION FEES AND RESOLUTION 2001-044 SETTING GUIDELINES FOR DETERMINING GUIDELINES FOR PARK DEDICATION ADOPTED PURSUANT TO SECTION 500.25 OF CHAPTER V OF THE CITY CODE (2001004) WHEREAS, on January 23, 2001 the City Council adopted Resolutions 2001-043 and 2001-44 which established park dedication fees in lieu of land dedication and set guidelines for park dedication pursuant to the requirements of Section 500.25 of Chapter V of the City Code; and WHEREAS, on January 8, 2002 the City Council adopted Ordinance 2002-01, revising Section 500.25 of the City Code, thereby establishing by ordinance requirements for dedication of land for parks and open space and for cash payments in lieu of such dedication; and WHEREAS, the new City Code requirements supercede replace all of the requirements of resolutions 2001-043 and 2001-044; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUHTH, MINNESOTA: that Resolutions 2001-043 and 2001-044 are hereby repealed.
