RESOLUTION NO. 2002-022
APPROVING OFF -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
KWIK TRIP, INC., D/B/A KWIK TRIP STORE 4411 AT 1605 ANNAPOLIS LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2 liquor license from
Kwik Trip, Inc., d/b/a Kwik Trip Store 4411 at 1605 Annapolis Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an off -
sale 3.2 liquor license is hereby approved for Kwik Trip, Inc., d/b/a Kwik Trip Store 4411 at 1605
Annapolis Lane, for the period through January 31, 2003.
Approved by the City Council on January 8, 2002.
