RESOLUTION NO. 2003-584
REQUEST FOR FINAL PAYMENT
OAKWOOD PLAYFIELD TENNIS COURT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 3110
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as Owner, and Frattalone Paving, Inc., as Contractor,
have entered into an agreement for the Oakwood Playfield Tennis Court Project, City
Project #3110, said agreement being signed March 17, 2003; and
WHEREAS, Larson Engineering of Minnesota, as Consultant, has certified the
acceptance of the work and the approval of the final payment;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $113,252.50 and the value of work
completed to date is $113,252.50 and is herewith approved. The project does
not exceed the contract amount.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for the Oakwood Playfield Tennis
Court Project and certified to the Council by the architect as acceptable, being
the same, is hereby released from the contract except as to the conditions of
the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the owner, required
guarantees and correction of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Final Payment in the amount of $5,662.63 to Frattalone Paving,
Inc. for the Oakwood Playfield Tennis Court Project is hereby approved and
the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same
forthwith.
