RESOLUTION NO. 2003-576
AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
BRIDGEPORT ADDITION (2003046)
WHEREAS, the City entered into a development contract (#2003046) with Bridgeport Hill, LLC
on November 10, 2003 for the plat Bridgeport; and
WHEREAS, the developer, Bridgeport Hill, LLC, is selling the development to LeGran Homes
Corp.; and
WHEREAS, the development contract needs to be amended to reflect this change; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that it should and hereby does approve amending the
Development Contract for Bridgeport Addition and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to
sign the amended contract and Development Contract Assignment.
Adopted by the City Council on December 16, 2003.
