RESOLUTION 2003-575
APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR
RETAINING WALL RECONSTRUCTION AT
4605 RANCHVIEW LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, Donald and Donna Wallick have requested approval to execute an encroachment
agreement to reconstruct a retaining wall within a drainage and utility easement and Ranchview
Lane and 46th Ave. right of way; and
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement only permits the reconstruction of the retaining wall at its
present location or further from the roadway; and
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as Lot 5, Block 1 Amhurst 8th Addition;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign, on
behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will allow for the reconstruction of
a retaining wall located within a drainage and utility easement street right of way along the east and
south side of the property located at 4605 Ranchview Lane N.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 16th day of December, 2003.
