HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2003-571CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2003-571 APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RUSSELL GALLAGHER TO EXCEED 1,000 SQUARE FEET OF TOTAL ATTACHED GARAGE AREA FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 16115 -24TH AVENUE NORTH. (2003123) WHEREAS, Russell Gallagher has requested a conditional use permit to allow 1,248 - square feet of attached garage on property legally described as follows: Lot 6, Block 1, Fox Run 4th Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Russell Gallagher for a conditional use permit, subject to the following conditions: 1. A conditional use permit is approved to allow a total of 1,248 total square feet of attached garage space on property located at 16115 -24th Avenue North, as shown on the application and plans received on November 7, 2003, and revised plans received on November 19, 2003. 2. Materials used for the garage shall match the exterior of the existing home. 3. The garage shall not be used to store motorized vehicles, except for recreational vehicles and lawn maintenance equipment for use on the premises. 4. A separate building permit is required prior to installation of the garage door. Resolution 2003-571 (2003123) Page 2 of 2 5. Standard Conditions: A. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. B. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. C. This approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the property owner or applicant has substantially started construction of the project, or unless the landowner or applicant has received prior approval from the City to extend the expiration date for up to one additional year, as regulated under Section 21015.07 of the Zoning Ordinance.
