RESOLUTION NO. 2003-560
ESTABLISH 2004 LOCAL BOARD OF APPEAL AND
EQUALIZATION MEETING DATES
WHEREAS, the City Council is required to set dates for the Local Board of Appeal and
Equalization; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that April 12, 2004 and April 26, 2004 are
the best dates to hold the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization Meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the 2004 Local Board of Appeal and
Equalization will be held on April 12, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. and the Local Board of Appeal
and Equalization reconvene meeting on April 26, 2004 at 7:00 p.m.
Adopted by the City Council on December 16, 2003.
