RESOLUTION NO. 2003-556
APPOINTING CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
FOR ICE CENTER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City has solicited proposals from construction managers for services on
the expansion of the Plymouth Ice Center; and
WHEREAS, interviews were conducted with three firms on November 18; and
WHEREAS, the committee is recommending the selection of RIM Construction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the contracts with RIM Construction to provide construction management services on the
Plymouth Ice Center project are approved, and further, that the Mayor and City Manager
are authorized to sign said contracts.
Adopted by the City Council on November 25, 2003.
