AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FORM FOR THE
WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT
MR. JACK DAY PROPERTY

WHEREAS, Mr. Jack Day is requesting a certificate of exemption for a wetland basin on his
property at 15705 — 37th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the filling of this wetland is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland Conservation
Act under rules 8420.0122. Subp. 5;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for the Mr. Jack Day's property located at 15705 - 37th
Avenue North.
