RESOLUTION NO. 2003-541
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FORM FOR THE
WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT
MR. MOHSEN SADEGHI PROPERTY
SW %4 SECTION 10
WHEREAS, SVK Development is anticipating proposing a townhome development along
with the associated infrastructure including parking and utilities on Mr. Sadeghi's property;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed project will involve filling an incidental wetland basin; and
WHEREAS, the filling of these wetlands is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act under rules 8420.0122. Subp. 5;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for the SVK Development.
