RESOLUTION NO. 2003-540
PLYMOUTH ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY COMMITTEE'S
REQUEST TO EXPAND THE CHARGE OF
THE MEDICINE LAKE WATERSHED SUBCOMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City Council approved re -convening the Medicine Lake Watershed
subcommittee on September 23, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Environmental Quality Committee is recommending to expand
the charge of the Medicine Lake Watershed Subcommittee to review the Bassett Creek
Water Management Commission's Second Generation Plan as it relates to Medicine Lake;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the subcommittee to consider all of the issues in the
Medicine Lake Watershed area in order to develop effective recommendations for Plymouth
Creek Watershed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Medicine Lake Watershed Subcommittee
charge be expanded to include review of the Bassett Creek Water Management
Commission's Second Generation Plan as it relates to Medicine Lake.
Adopted by the City Council on November 25, 2003.
