RESOLUTION NO. 2003-536
AUTHORIZING "NO PARKING" RESTRICTION ON THE SOUTH SIDE
OF 10TH AVENUE, EAST OF XENIUM LANE (COUNTY ROAD 61)
WHEREAS, due to the width of 10th Avenue and the turning radius needed to accommodate a
semi tractor -trailer turning onto 10th Avenue from Xenium Lane without conflicting with
westbound vehicles on 10th Avenue turning onto Xenium Lane; and
WHEREAS, to ensure the safe movement of vehicles and adequate sight distance at the
intersection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that it hereby, authorizes the installation of "No Parking"
signs on the south side of 10th Avenue for a distance of 75 feet east of Xenium Lane.
