RESOLUTION NO. 2003-533
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 8 AND FINAL
RESERVE TRANSIT STATION
CITY PROJECT NO. 1032
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as owner, and Ebert Construction, as contractor, have
entered into an agreement for the Reserve Transit Station, City Project No. 1032, said
agreement being signed December 5, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the architect has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of the
final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $234,400 and the value of the work
to date is $234,300 and is herewith approved. This project does not
exceed the contract amount.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for the Reserve Transit Station
Project and certified to the Council by the architect as acceptable, being
the same, is hereby released from the contract except as to the conditions
of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the owner, required
guarantees and correction of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 8 and Final in the amount of $8,689 to Ebert
Construction for the Reserve Transit Station Project is hereby approved
and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the
same forthwith.
