RESOLUTION NO. 2003-519
APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH PROVIDENCE
ACADEMY AND WAYZATA HOCKEY
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's office has prepared agreements with both Providence
Academy and Wayzata Youth Hockey; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Providence Academy and Wayzata Youth Hockey
have reviewed and approved said agreements; and
WHEREAS, City staff is recommending approval of said agreements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the agreements with Providence Academy and Wayzata Youth Hockey are hereby
approved, and further, the Mayor and Manager are authorized to sign said agreements.
Adopted by the City Council on November 10, 2003.
