RESOLUTION NO. 2003-515
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
2004 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
KINGSVIEW LANE / 4TH AVENUE
CITY PROJECT NO. 4102
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted August 12, 2003, a
report has been prepared with respect to Kingsview Lane and 4th Avenue based upon
received petitions from the residents; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the reconstruction of streets by the
installation of bituminous pavement, new concrete curb and gutter, a storm sewer system
and treatment pond and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on November 10, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting and adjacent property
within the designated 2004 Street Reconstruction Project, Kingsview
Lane / 4th Avenue, City Project No. 4102 for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to
429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total
cost of the improvement of $666,000.
Adopted by the City Council on November 10, 2003.
