RESOLUTION NO. 2003-512
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO
ACCEPT GRANT FUNDS FROM THE TARGET CORPORATION
GRANT PROGRAM FOR THE PURCHASE OF GRAPHICS FOR
A POLICE DEPARTMENT DARE VEHICLE
WHEREAS, the Police Department has a DWI forfeiture vehicle which is proposed to be
used for the DARE program; and
WHEREAS, staff made application to the Target Corporation Grant Program for funding
to purchase such graphics; and
WHEREAS, the City has been notified that their grant application has been approved in
the amount of $250,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, the City Council adopt the Resolution accepting the grant
funds from the Target Corporation Grant Program and approve the purchase of graphics
for a police department DARE vehicle with such funds.
Adopted by the City Council on November 10, 2003.
