RESOLUTION 2003-506
APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR
RETAINING WALL CONSTRUCTION AT
4946 WESTON COURT NORTH
WHEREAS, Stephen and Deborah Konrad have requested approval to execute an encroachment
agreement for a retaining wall within a drainage and utility easement; and;
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement only permits the encroachment of the retaining wall; and
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as Lot 3, Block 1, Nanterre Addition;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign, on
behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will allow a retaining wall located
within a drainage and utility easement along the east side of the property located at 4946 Weston
Court North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 10th day of November 2003.
