RESOLUTION NO. 2003-504
RESOLUTION APPROVING 2002, 2003, NATIONAL
TRANSIT DATABASE FUNDING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth provides transit services, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Section 473.388; and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has made available a National Transit Database
(NTD) grant to the City in the amount of $194,201 for 2002, and an estimated $200,000 for
2003;
WHEREAS, the project to be funded through this NTD grant has been identified; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the City to
adopt a resolution approving the proposed project for NTD funding and to submit same to
the Metropolitan Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the City hereby adopts this resolution approving the Four Season
Mall Park and Ride relocation project for 2002, and 2003 NTD funding in
an amount not to exceed $194,201 for 2002 and an estimated $200,000
for 2003.
2. That staff is directed to move forward with the public process for project
approval.
