REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL
TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL SYSTEMS
VICKSBURG LANE/OLD ROCKFORD ROAD
CITY PROJECT NO. 1040
PEONY LANE/SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD
CITY PROJECT NO. 1028
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Ridgedale Electric, Inc., as contractor,
have entered into an agreement for Vicksburg Lane/Old Rockford Road, City Project No.
1040 and Peony Lane/Schmidt Lake Road, City Project No. 1028 Traffic Control Signal
Systems, said agreement being dated June 13, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of the
final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $201,365.00. One change order
was approved in the amount of $1,460.00 and the value of the work to date
is $199,619.60 and is herewith approved. This project underran the
contract amount by $3,205.40 or 1.6%.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Vicksburg Lane/Old
Rockford Road, City Project No. 1040 and Peony Lane/Schmidt Lake
Road, City Project No. 1028, Traffic Control Signal Systems and certified
to the Council by the engineer as acceptable, being the same, is hereby
released from the contract except as to the conditions of the performance
bond, any and all legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and
correction of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 4 and Final in the amount of $9,980.98 to
Ridgedale Electric, Inc. for Vicksburg Lane/Old Rockford Road, City
Project No. 1040 and Peony Lane/Schmidt Lake Road, City Project No.
1028, Traffic Control Signal Systems is hereby approved and the City
Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same
forthwith.
