RESOLUTION NO. 2003-501
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL
COUNTY ROAD 9 LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 4002
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and North Metro Landscaping, Inc. as
contractor, have entered into an agreement for County Road 9 Landscape Improvements,
City Project No. 4002, said agreement being dated April 3, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of the
final request for payment; and
WHEREAS, the contractor was overpaid and has reimbursed the City $305.10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $57,980.009. The value of the work
to date is $50,089.00 and is herewith approved.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for County Road 9 Landscape
Improvement Project and certified to the Council by the engineer as
acceptable, being the same, is hereby released from the contract except as
to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the
owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty work after final
payment.
Request for Payment No. 4 and Final in the amount of $305.10 to City of
Plymouth from North Metro Landscaping, Inc. for the County Road 9
Landscape Improvement Project is hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council on November 10, 2003.
