RESOLUTION NO. 2003-483
APPROVING GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE
FOR FARIS SAMAWI, D/B/A S & S AMOCO, 3955 VINEWOOD LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, an application for a gasoline service station license has been received from Faris
Samawi, d/b/a S & S Amoco, 3955 Vinewood Lane North; and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have been provided and the required
inspections have been conducted;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a gasoline service station license is
hereby approved for Faris Samawi, d/b/a S & S Amoco, 3955 Vinewood Lane North, for the
period October 29, 2003, through December 31, 2003.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on October 28, 2003.
