HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2003-482CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2003-482 AFFIRMING CONSERVATION STATUS OF PARCEL 35-118-22-11-0026 AND REQUESTING CONVEYANCE TO THE CITY FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES WHEREAS, a parcel of conservation property has become tax forfeit as a result of nonpayment of property taxes; and WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Council Tax Forfeit Land policy, the parcel has been reviewed by staff and determined to have public value for the City for the purpose of storm water drainage. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, that it hereby: Approves the conservation classification of parcel 35-118-22-11-0026. A review of public waterfront, wetland, peat, and timber issues has been done. The parcel is completely covered with wetland. No public nuisance conditions were noted on the parcel. The City Council certifies that it does not know of any wells located on the property; and 2. Requests conveyance to the City of Plymouth for storm water drainage purposes. Adopted by the City Council on October 28, 2003. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS.
