RESOLUTION NO. 2003-481
APPROVAL OF THE RESERVE PLAYGROUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play
equipment for The Reserve Playground; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on October 15, 2003 for The Reserve Playground,
and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

$103,150
Webber Recreation Design
$106,585
Earl F. Anderson
$100,000
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the bid
from Earl F. Anderson is declared the lowest responsible bidder for play equipment for The
Reserve playground and accepts their bid in the amount of $100,000 for The Reserve Playground.
FURTHER, that funding is from Fund 101.
Adopted by the City Council on October 28, 2003.
