AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FORM FOR THE
WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT
MR. JOHN GELDERMAN, CSM CORPORATION
NE 1/4 SECTION 20
WHEREAS, Mr. John Gelderman, CSM Corporation, is requesting a wetland replacement
exemption for three wetland basins for the site south of State Highway 55 and west of Vicksburg
Lane; and
WHEREAS, two of the requested basins are considered as incidental wetland basins; and
WHEREAS, the third wetland basin is considered a jurisdictional wetland; and
WHEREAS, the filling of the incidental wetland basins is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act under rules 8420.0122. Subpar. 5.C;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor is authorized to execute a Certificate of
Exemption Form for the Mr. John Gelderman, CSM Corporation, for the two incidental wetland
basins labeled as Basin B and Basin C on Figure 1 of the staff report.
