RESOLUTION 2003-472
APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR
RETAINING WALL CONSTRUCTION AT
1495 KINGSVIEW LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, Duane and Alison Halverson have requested approval to execute an encroachment
agreement for a retaining wall within a drainage and utility easement; and;
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement only permits the encroachment of the retaining wall; and
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as Lot 3, Block 1, Parkes Lake Shores Addition;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign, on
behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will allow a retaining wall located
within a drainage and utility easement along the north side of the property located at 1495
Kingsview Lane North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 28th day of October, 2003.
