RESOLUTION NO. 2003-471
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BCWMC FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
MEDICINE LAKE WATER QUALITY PONDS
CITY PROJECT NO. 2037
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Bassett Creek Watershed Management Commission
(BCWMC) have been working on the funding for construction of two water quality ponds on the
southeast shore of Medicine Lake; and
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Plymouth and BCWMC for construction of the ponds
titled Cooperative Agreement For Medicine Lake Improvements has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the agreement allows the City to construct the ponds and be reimbursed by the BCWMC
under the terms of the agreement; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the Cooperative Agreement For Medicine Lake Improvements is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and the Acting City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement
on behalf of the City.
