RESOLUTION NO. 2003-469
APPROVING BLANKET PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH
MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, the City currently pays Minnesota Department Of Transportation (MnDOT) for
furnishing certain technical services in conjunction with State Aid Funded Projects; and
WHEREAS, MnDOT has initiated a Blanket Partnership Agreement Program for requesting and
delivering technical services to local agencies; and
WHEREAS, the agreement allows payments to MnDOT for technical services to be directed to the
actual MnDOT office that provides the service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
The MnDOT Blanket Partnership Agreement is hereby approved, and the Mayor and the
Acting City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
