RESOLUTION NO. 2003-455
APPROVING CONCEPT PLAN AND BUDGET
FOR THE PLYMOUTH CREEK CENTER
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has submitted a schematic plan and
budget as requested by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, said plan has been reviewed and approved by the Plymouth Park and
Recreation Advisory Commission, Senior Council, and Youth Advisory Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and accepted said plan and budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the schematic plan and a one million dollar budget for finishing the Plymouth Creek
Center lower level is hereby approved, and further, that the City's consultant architect is
authorized to prepare the final plans and specificati0ons for said project and take project
out for bid as soon as possible returning to the City Council for award of bid, and further,
that all funding for this project will come from park dedication funds.
Adopted by the City Council on October 14, 2003.
