RESOLUTION NO. 2003-453
APPROVING ON—SALE 3.2 BEER LICENSE FOR MELVIN KENNETH SCHMID D/B/A
DINO' S PIZZA & DELI, 64 NATHAN LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on—sale 3.2 beer license for Melvin Kenneth
Schmid d/b/a Dino's Pizza & Deli, 64 Nathan Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the license;
and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an on -sale
on—sale 3.2 beer license is hereby approved for an on—sale 3.2 beer license for Melvin Kenneth
Schmid d/b/a Dino's Pizza & Deli, 64 Nathan Lane. The license is issued for a period through
January 31, 2004.
Approved by the City Council on October 14, 2003.
