RESOLUTION NO. 2003-452
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO
BARBER CONSTRUCTION CO., INC.
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with Barber Construction Co., Inc., for work
to be completed at Lake Camelot Park; and
WHEREAS, Barber Construction has submitted a request for final payment in the
amount of $28,293.28; and
WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer, SRF, is recommending approval of said
payment; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed said request and finds it
acceptable,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
final payment is authorized in the amount of $28,293.28 to Barber Construction Co., Inc.
Adopted by the City Council on October 14, 2003.
