RESOLUTION NO. 2003-451
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO
FRATTALONE EXCAVATING AND GRADING
WHEREAS, Frattalone Excavating and Grading has completed final work on the
Plymouth Ice Center parking lot expansion project number 2016; and
WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer, McCombs Frank Roos & Associates, is
recommending approval of final payment; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed said request and also
recommends approval,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
final payment to Frattalone Excavating and Grading in the amount of $81,684.20 is
hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council on October 14, 2003.
