RESOLUTION NO. 2003-445
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO
SIGN THE QUIT CLAIM DEEDS CONVEYING PORTIONS OF CITY OWNED
OUTLOTS WITHIN BASS LAKE ESTATES ADDITION AND BASS LAKE
ESTATES 3RD ADDITION
CITY PROJECT NO. 9004
WHEREAS, in lieu of a noise wall, the County Road 61 Improvement project included the
installation of a six foot high privacy fence along the back lots of 13 properties in the Bass
Lake Estates Additions; and
WHEREAS, the City agreed to deed 15 feet of the 30 foot wide outots to the adjacent
property owners so the fence could be built one foot inside their new lot line; and
WHEREAS, the property owners will be responsible for the maintenance of the privacy
fence; and
WHEREAS, the City will be responsible for the cost of recording the deeds at Hennepin
County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
sign the Quit Claim deeds conveying City owned property.
