RESOLUTION NO. 2003-438
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 3
AMENDING THE LEASE
AT THE FOUR SEASONS MALL PARK AND RIDE LOT FOR
ADDITIONAL PARKING STALLS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth provides transit services pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Section 473.388; and
WHEREAS, these transit services require the use of Park and Ride lots in strategic locations
within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City has a current lease for a Park and Ride lot at Four Seasons Mall in
Plymouth that will expire on March 4, 2007; and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 3 to the current lease for the Park & Ride lot at Four Seasons
Mall, amending the number of parking stalls has been negotiated with Four Seasons II, LLC,
the management company for the Mall; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the City to
adopt said Amendment No. 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the City hereby adopt this resolution approving Amendment No. 3 to
the lease between the City and Four Seasons II, LLC, amending the
number of parking stalls from 83 to 119, authorizing an additional $7,069
per year for stall rental effective October 5, 2003.
2. That the City Council authorize the Mayor and City manager to execute
said Amendment No. 3.
