RESOLUTION NO: 2003-432
AUTHORING THE FIRM OF PERSONNEL DECISIONS, INTERNATIONAL
TO CONDUCT AN EXECUTIVE SEARCH ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR THE POSITION OF CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists in the position of City Manager for the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of filling the position with the assistance of an executive search
firm; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has requested proposals and conducted interviews of such firms.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, select the firm of Personnel Decisions,
International to conduct an executive search for the position of City Manager and directs the Acting City
Manager to enter into a contract with said firm to initiate the executive search process, the cost of which
shall be charged to 101-1830-7013.
Adopted by the City Council on October 14, 2003.
