RESOLUTION NO. 2003-403
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
BOARMAN KROOS VOGEL GROUP FOR WORK
RELATED TO EXPANSION OF PUBLIC SAFETY
AND CITY HALL BUILDINGS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has selected the firm
of Boarman Kroos Vogel Group (BKV Group), architectural firm, for work related to the
expansion of the Public Safety and City Hall buildings project; and
WHEREAS, City staff has negotiated a contract and fee for said work; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's office has reviewed said contract and approved language
therein,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the contract between the City of Plymouth and Boarman Kroos Vogel Group (BKV
Group) for architectural services is hereby approved, and further, the City Manager and
Mayor are authorized to sign said contract.
Adopted by the City Council on September 23, 2003.
