NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it finds no objection to the Lawful Gambling Exemption for Missions Inc./Home Free for an event at Missions, Inc./Home Free, 3405 E. Medicine Lake Blvd., on October 22, 2003. The City further waives the 30—day approval waiting period. Adopted by the City Council on September 23, 2003.
