HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2003-395CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2003-395 ADOPTING PROPOSED 2004 BUDGETS WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared preliminary proposed 2004 budgets for fiscal year commencing January 1, 2004 based upon the requirements of the State Tax Law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the preliminary 2004 proposed operating budgets for the following funds are hereby preliminary approved: General Fund Budget $21,421,636 Recreation Fund Budget 1,423,881 Transit Fund Budget 4,345,337 Water Fund Budget 3,802,200 Sewer Fund Budget 6,524,407 Solid Waste Fund Budget 958,421 Ice Center Budget 919,277 Water Resources Budget 3,083,840 Field House Budget 285,200 Central Equipment Fund Budget 2,185,883 Risk Management Budget 651,370 Design Engineering Fund Budget 369,237 Employee Benefits Fund Budget 2,512,400 Information Technology Services Budget 1,660,591 Facilities Management Budget 856,739 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, (I) that the City Council concurs on the 2004 Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority budgets in the amount of $4,357,318 (ii) that this proposed operating budget resolution and the accompanying proposed tax levies contained in Resolution No. 2003-394 are being submitted by the City in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, and other applicable law in effect on this date; (iii) that the applicable law; and (iv) that the City Council declares its intent to take all necessary actions legally permissible to the submission and approval of the City's budget and tax levies both proposed and final. Adopted by the City Council on September 9, 2003.
